Biscotti really are baked fresh by Greg and his helper early most every morning. After each small batch has been mixed, baked, hand-cut, and then baked again, it’s cooled, packed, and heat-sealed before bedtime. 2 biscotti of the same flavor per pack. This keeps each variety perfect, waiting for you to open the bag and take that first, delicious bite!

And, to wrap things up, the dried pineapple is still MIA. We’ve lost a whole season of Coconut Pineapple Biscotti. Very sad. We miss it. You miss it. And these newcomers who haven’t even gotten to taste it yet, don’t know what they’re missing. But they should miss it too!
