Why G. G. Biscotti?

Why G. G. Biscotti?

Why G. G. Biscotti?

I’m sure you’ve tried biscotti before but you haven’t tried THIS biscotti. These treats are first shaped into a loaf and baked, then, the loaf is sliced into fingers which are laid out on a baking sheet and baked again allowing them to harden further.

Traditional biscotti are not very sweet and are typically very hard. G.G. Biscotti are anything but traditional. Our flavors focus on a softer, more cookie-like biscotti with different chocolates, spices, dried fruits and nuts in every variety we create. G.G. Biscotti pair wonderfully with coffee, cappuccino, hot tea, a glass of milk or are sometimes best eaten just by themselves!

Our Story

Why G. G. Biscotti?

Why G. G. Biscotti?

G.G. Biscotti was founded after Greg Crishi retired from a long career in food production. After weighing his options, Greg decided spending time with family and cooking for others were tops on his list. Keeping these priorities in mind, the G. G. Biscotti Co. was formed.  Greg, originally from Youngstown, and his wife, Barb Elliott Crishi from Beaver Falls, happily returned to Beaver County to be near children and grandchildren.

Their son, Adam, oversees the business end of G. G. Biscotti Co. and daughter-in-law, Stephanie Raybuck Crishi, is CTO – Chief Tasting Officer! Their other son, Brett  and his wife Erin, work as Creative Genius testing new flavors.  I’m sure you’ll also see 4 young grandkids behind the counter eager to help with the family venture. Oh and Barb, well, she is the “go-to” person and in her support role she “goes to” the store a lot!

    Many thanks to our photographer

Working with Steph Pariano was a highly enjoyable experience. As a photographer, she had the ability to interpret our vision in a way that was non-intrusive and natural. We deeply appreciate all her work and highly recommend that you view her website to see her work and give her a call should you need her services.
